1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
MyNextRehab.com provides classified ads, discussion groups, blogs and other web based real estate tools. By using MyNextRehab.com in any way, you agree to the following Terms. When using our MyNextRehab.com you agree to follow all posted guidelines for MyNextRehab.com, which may change at anytime. If you dont agree with any of our terms or guidelines then feel free to quit using MyNextRehab.com. MyNextRehab.com has the right to enforce our terms and guidlines, but we are not obligated to do so.
2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

3. CONTENT
As a visitor to MyNextRehab.com, you understnad that all postings, messages, files, images posted on MyNextRehab.com are the responsibility of the person whom such content originated. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT YOU POST! MyNextRehab.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE, and we make no guarantees to the accuracy of the content. Under no circumstances will MyNextRehab be liable in any way for any Content posted to MyNextRehab.com. copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been
otherwise violated, please notify MyNextRehab.com, at
info@MyNextRehab.com and provide as much info as possible so we can pull the advertisement from MyNextRehab.com
6. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
MyNextRehab has established a Privacy Policy to explain to users how their
information is collected and used, which is located at the following web

Your use of the MyNextRehab website or the Service signifies acknowledgement of
and agreement to our Privacy Policy. You further acknowledge and agree that
MyNextRehab may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your Content,
as well as your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps,
and other user information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith
belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

7. CONDUCT

f) No SPAM or junk mail postings
g) which contains "evil code" to try to load a virus or interupt the service on MyNextRehab.com in anyway.
h) stalk or harass anyone
i) Try to get access to MyNextRehab.com's computer systems and interfere with the performance of the website.
j) Use an automated posting device without the written permission of MyNextRehab.com
8. PAID POSTINGS
We may charge a fee to post services advertisements on MyNextRehab.com. This fee is charged for the right to post in this section. The person who posts the advertisement is responsible for the content. The fees paid are non-refundable in the event that the advertisement is removed for violating the terms.
9. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE
You acknowledge that MyNextRehab may establish limits concerning use of the website, including the maximum number of days that postings will be available for viewing, and the maximum size of postings. MyNextRehab.com can remove your postings at any point.
10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
MyNextRehab.com has the right to deactivate your account and block you from using the site. Do your best to not violate the terms and MyNextRehab.com will do its best to not deactivate you. It is at the descretion of MyNextRehab.com to block your ability to use the site.
11. MORE BORING TERMS...
YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE MyNextRehab.com SITE AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT
YOUR OWN RISK.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MyNextRehab BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT,

OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE MyNextRehab SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL
APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
