What is MyNextRehab.com?



MyNextRehab.com is a connecting point between real estate rehabbers and wholesalers who are selling Cheap Investment Real Estate Deals.

We maintain an anonymous list of potential buyers who are looking for great real estate deals. Once per day our system notifies our buyers (via email) of new deals that have been posted in the areas they are interested in. The potential buyers can then go to the new postings, and if interested, can fill out the "Respond to Ad" form which sends an anonymous email to the seller.

The sellers can post their contact information in their posting if they wish to have it available for all to see, otherwise nobody will ever know who is posting.

Services
When rehabbing a home you will usually require the help from other professionals (roofing, painting, cleaning, lenders,etc). Our site allows these professionals to post ads to help you find your help ASAP!

A: The information you provide us is safe and nobody will see it. You will be the first to know of new deals available in your area. If one is available that you are interested in you can contact the seller using the form on the posting page.

A: Completely Free! We want buyers and sellers of rehab homes to work together to make deals happen!
Q: How long does my posting stay up?

A: Your posting will stay up for at least 30 days. You will be reminded a few days before it is about to expire so you can repost.
Q: How do buyers contact me about one of my postings?

A: Your email address will remain hidden, however there will be a form on the page with your posting that serious buyers can contact you through. They will never see your email address.
